Where do I even start.... The place was top to bottom amazing. My partner and I had a delightful stay at Yaad City Hotel. The place is located in a lovely (new) area of town, not far at all from popular attractions and from the Medina. Had the weather not been so warm, I would have taken a walk anywhere! The rooms were very well decorated, air-con was working fine, and the entire bedroom was cleaned everyday, and bathroom was supplied with soap, and new towels everyday too. The restaurant was also lovely and incredibly cheap: Enough choice to make one happy - from Moroccan traditional dishes to European dishes. Great selection. My partner and I tried couscous and tajine at different places, but both dishes were best at Yaad city hotel (especially the beef and prunes tajine). Finally, the service was outstanding. The people working there were so helpful, polite, and patient. All we could ask for in a country where we don't speak the language. The hostess, Chaima, is our highlight of the place. She made our stay so special. The loveliest hostess. She speaks perfect English and French, booked different day trips to different places in the country for us, gave recommendations as a local, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tried hard to find something negative to say, but all and all, was worth every penny!
Athens
Old building, worn out facilities, reluctant and untrained staff who also avoids giving receipts (they was given them to me late and after complaining), frozen and gloomy breakfast room and poor breakfast, small room with bad smells, bad neighborhood, moderate cleanliness, but also close to public places of interest and public tranport, very comfortable mattress, very good pricing. That is what you pay for!

The Hotel is in a very busy area. We didn’t try breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, we stayed for three nights. Only complaints are that we booked through Booking.com and the reception charged us a dearer price than confirmation booking. There were no maps, or tourist information. Overall nice Hotel with friendly staff.

Good hotel , good loction close to Carre Eden and other markets & shops.staff very helpful , nice rooms , clean beds , good breakfast, small swiming pool only to chill , a very good terrace also ...i like and i recommend...
Pros: extremely large bedroom, clean, well located to local amenities including a local mall within 10 minutes walking distance, staff were polite and it has a swimming pool all be it small. Cons: not that quick to respond to emails.Tbh, there aren't many cons, it's a good hotel for what you pay and the bedroom size and style was just perfect for us.
Johannesburg
We stayed here twice during our Morocco trip; first time was great. Nice, big room with a comfortable bed and even a small balcony. Well located in a quiet area but close enough to the Medina and New side of town. Breakfast was ok but not great. Could park our rental in the street out front. Second time around not so great; bed wasn’t at all comfortable and apparently the laws had changed with regards to parking so that was a nightmare. Friendly staff all around!
Johannesburg
Nice hotel well located, friendly helpfull staff, modern and clean. Room was great, Close to the airport and the town city. Only issue was diffiucult to find. But when you find it, its nice :) and well worth it, avoid the hustle and bustle of the local riads
Novi Sad
Have been staying for 3 nights in this hotel. I liked its location- very close to the shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, supermarket. It’s around 30 min walking from the main square and medina. The room was spacios and clean. Bathroom as well. Staff was helpfull and very nice. Breakfast was ok. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I booked the hotel 3 months in advance and requested for a quite room away from the elevator but we've been allocated to a room just right next to the elevator and facing the main road. We can hardly slept on our first night after our long journey. We asked the receptionist the following day if we can transfer to a room away from the elevator and window facing the other side of the building but we've been told that they're fully booked. So, we haven't slept well at all during our stay. Room was good size but shower room needs updating. Good size bed and comfortable but not sure about the pillows? Staffs are friendly. Location is good, near to the mall and bus stop for buses and hop on hop off tour bus just approx. 3-5mins. walk. Breakfast was ok. I'm giving 3 star rate for location, staff and price. The missing stars are for room and breakfast.

Well presented hotel with the most helpful staff. Every time you came back or left you were treated with a big smile.Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was great with a good selection of juices, meats, cheese, breads, pastries etc.Rooms are basic but have everything you need. It’s in the the newer part of the city and away from the main excitement of the old town. It’s a short walk or taxi ride to get there and you get the advantage of having amazing restaurants and bars near your base when you return.Shopping mall and know brand shops/cafes etc just around the corner. We’d booked through a package but would consider going back as was a nice experience.Hotel staff were really helpful too when I needed to print our boarding passes and just let me use their computer and printer to do this.
Gaborone
There is really not much to mention except that Yaad city hotel is in the right location, close to the mall and not far from the Marrakesh city tour bus stop. The staff is very helpful. The food too is not bad.
Sheffield
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I have to say I was very impressed with the service. It's reasonably priced, close to the airport and a short taxi drive to the centre (£3- £4) with all the main attractions. They provide a cheap shuttle service to the airport and arrange safe excursions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and air conditioned. If you include breakfast in your booking, you'll be pleasantly surprised. However what stands out about this hotel is the outstanding customer service, with staff who are multilingual and make you feel well looked after. A special mention has to be given to Adnan, I will definitely be recommending this place to others Zaynab
Vukovar
Hotel is located a bit far from Medina, but you can catch one of several buses going that way, and be there in less than half an hour. Buses are cheap, why not use them? Connection with the airport is also good, station for bus number 12 is a few minutes away.Room was clean, staff was OK, tv and wi-fi worked well.
Maastricht
We stayed 5 days in Marrakech, a city that I can advise to everyone. The hotel is situated in the new city of Marrakech, with a lot of very good restaurants in the neighbourhood (Loft, Mama Mia etc). The hotel personnel is very kind, they speak different languages (English, French and German). The hotel is clean, very nice and breakfast is top!Unfortunately for us the restaurant was not yet open, bit it will within weeks. If you want to go to the old centre, no problem just take a cab (but don’t pay more than 50 Dirham/5€).
Casablanca
I have read a lot of negative comments about this hotel and I think we should be fair. We are not in a 5* Deluxe Hotel so we should not be expecting the same level of service. For the price I paid (about 40 EUR per night) I got good value for money. My likes: * Very friendly reception staff* Ideally situated in Guiliz within walking distance to many nice restaurants Montecristo, Auberge Espagnol,..... within walking distance to Carre Eden shopping centre and you can even walk to the Old Medina* Rooms are simple but very spacious and very clean * Check in was quick and smooth * There were amenities such as shampoo, shower gel... It seems to be a basic but not all hotels offer these amenitiesA small glitch but did not have any impact on my stay: There were no towels when I got to the room. I informed the staff and it was brought immediately. Also the cleaning leady did not replenish the amenties the second day.
London
My wife and i just visited Morocco wnd stayed By hotel for 8nights. Decent hotel however not as we expected nor values for money. You spend £300 and you can find a lot better hotel for sure. Good location for sure, however facilities absolutely rubbish. Good side Staff were friendly mentioned Adnan (receptionist) tried his best to help us. I would recommend this hotel only if you for your regular visit (business) definitely not for tourists like us. Bed was 10/10
